- 30 ml (1 oz.) white rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) maple syrup
- A few mint leaves
- 90 ml (3 oz.) club soda
- Ice cubes
- Slice of lime
Place mint leaves, maple syrup, and lime juice in a highball glass.
Crush well using a muddler.
Add the ice cubes, the rum, then the club soda.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
