Maple Mojito, punch version

- 350 ml (12 oz.) white rum
- 350 ml (12 oz.) lime juice
- 350 ml (12 oz.) maple syrup
- 45 mint leaves
- 1.5 litres (51 oz.) club soda
- 1 lime cut into round slices
- Serves 10 to 12
Combine lime juice, maple syrup and about 30 mint leaves in a large punch bowl.
Crush using a muddler.
Add rum and the club soda.
Serve in tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with mint leaves and slices of lime.
