Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) white rum (0.5% alcohol or less)
- 60 ml (2 oz.) club soda
- 12 leaves of fresh mint
- 1 lime, cut into slices
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig fresh mint

Place the mint leaves and 3 or 4 lime slices in a highball glass and crush using a muddler.
Add the sugar, white rum (0.5% alcohol or less)and ice cubes.
Top up with club soda.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
