Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) tequila
- 60 ml (2 oz.) club soda
- 12 leaves of fresh mint
- 1 lime, cut into quarters
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Ice cubes

Place the mint leaves and 2 or 3 lime quarters in a highball glass and crush using a muddler.
Add the sugar, tequila and ice cubes.
Top up with club soda.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a lime quarter and a mint leave.
