Blue Muscat

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) muscat wine (like Beaumes-de-Venise)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) blue citrus liqueur (like curaçao bleu)
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) lychee juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 1 half-slice of lemon
- 1 lychee
Combine the muscat, citrus liqueur and litchi juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish with the half-slice of lemon and litchi.
