- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) muscat wine (like Beaumes-de-Venise)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 lemon zest
Combine the muscat and citrus liqueur into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top up with tonic water.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a lemon slice and lemon zest.
