- 30 ml (1 oz.) white rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lychee liqueur
- A few drops of ginger juice (see Pro tip:)
- 150 ml (5 oz.) cola
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 lime slice
Pour all liquid ingredients in a Mason jar containing the ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a lime slice on a cocktail pick.
Pro tip:
Simply crush a piece of fresh ginger in a garlic press to extract the juice.
