Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 oz.) amber rum
- 60 ml (2 oz.) orange juice
- 60 ml (2 oz.) pineapple juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) grenadine syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 slice orange
- 1 slice lime
- 1 maraschino cherry
Preparation
In a shaker filled with ice cubes, combine all ingredients, except fruit.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a hurricane or tulip glass using an ice strainer or sieve.
Garnish with slices of orange and lime and a maraschino cherry.
Add a cocktail umbrella.
