- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) apple brandy
- Ice cubes
- 1 rosemary sprig
Combine the dry gin and apple brandy in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
Gently rub the rosemary sprig between your palms to bring out its flavours.
Stir the content of the glass using the rosemary sprig.
Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
