Gingerbread
- 180 mL (6 oz) dry gin
- 500 mL (2 cups) store-bought sweetened iced tea
- 90 mL (3 oz) lemon juice
- 5 mL (1 tsp) freshly ground nutmeg (plus extra, for garnish)
- 5 mL (1 tsp) ground ginger
- 500 mL (2 cups) ginger ale
- Pineapple slices
- Cranberries
- Ice cubes
In a pitcher filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, iced tea, lemon juice and spices. Stir well. Add the ginger ale, and immediately divide among 6 glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of pineapple and a few cranberries. Sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg.
