- 30 ml (1 oz.) bitter liqueur (like Aperol)
- 30 ml (1 oz.) bitter liqueur (like Amaro)

- Lemon zest

Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain using an ice strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
