Tropical Paradise


- 60 ml (2 oz.) white rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) peach liqueur
- 210 ml (7 oz.) orange juice
- 1 dash of green mint syrup
- Mint leaves
- 1 slice of starfruit
Combine the white rum, peach liqueur and orange juice in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Slowly pour the mint syrup down the inner side of the glass so that it settles at the bottom and doesn't mix too much with the other ingredients.
Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of starfruit.
