Passion Litchi, punch version


- 270 ml (9 oz.) vodka
- 90 ml (3 oz.) lychee liqueur
- 270 ml (9 oz.) white cranberry juice
- 180 ml (6 oz.) lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
- 8 frozen raspberries
- 6 to 8 mint leaves
- Serves 8 to 9
Combine the vodka, litchi liqueur and white cranberry juice into a pitcher.
Add the lemon-lime soda.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, add the frozen raspberries and mint leaves.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Serve in old-fashioned glasses filled with ice cubes.
Pro tip:
You can make ice cubes with red cranberry juice and you have a colourful cocktail. You can even add frozen litchi!
