Peaches and Port
- 30 ml (1 oz.) white port
- 30 ml (1 oz.) brandy
- Juice from a lemon wedge
- Splash of cane syrup (simple syrup)
- 3 sage leaves
- 1/2 peach
- Ice cubes
Crush 2 sage leaves and the halved peach in a shaker using a muddler.
Fill shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a brandy snifter using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the sage leaf on a pick.
