Parrot

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) anise-flavoured liqueur (like pastis)
- 135 ml (4 1/2 oz.) water
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) green mint syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 slice of honeydew melon
Combine all ingredients, except for the honeydew melon, in an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a honeydew melon slice.
