Light sweater


- 120 mL (4 oz) rum
- 60 mL (2 oz) almond liqueur
- 500 mL (2 cups) Earl Grey tea, hot
- 60 mL (2 oz) lemon juice
- 4 strips lemon zest
- 4 strips orange zest
In a teapot or a heat-resistant pitcher, combine the rum, almond liqueur, hot tea and lemon juice.
Stir gently.
Divide among 4 mugs and garnish with the lemon and orange zests.
