Pina Grande

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) sugar cane syrup (plain syrup)
- 90 ml (3 oz.) pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Combine the citrus liqueur, syrup and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Add a sprig of rosemary.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
