3 cheese and herb pizza on naan bread

Ingredients
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 naan breads
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Parmesan, grated
- 500 ml (2 cups) ricotta
- 10 ml (2 tsp) fresh oregano, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh basil, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 100 g (3 1/2 oz) fresh mozzarella balls, sliced
- Espelette pepper
- Fleur de sel
- A few leaves of Italian parsley
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to broil, leaving the door halfway opened.
- In a bowl, mix together half of the oil and the chopped garlic.
- Stir and let rest for about 5 minutes, until the garlic has infused a bit.
- Brush the buns with the oil mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Place the breads on a cooking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the ricotta and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir.
- Spread a generous amount of the mixture on the breads.
- Place the slices of mozzarella on the pizzas.
- Broil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
- Sprinkle with Espelette pepper and fleur de sel. Garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
