3 cheese and herb pizza on naan bread

Cooking time 6 to 8 minutes

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 naan breads
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Parmesan, grated
  • 500 ml (2 cups) ricotta
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) fresh oregano, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 100 g (3 1/2 oz) fresh mozzarella balls, sliced
  • Espelette pepper
  • Fleur de sel
  • A few leaves of Italian parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to broil, leaving the door halfway opened.
  2. In a bowl, mix together half of the oil and the chopped garlic.
  3. Stir and let rest for about 5 minutes, until the garlic has infused a bit.
  4. Brush the buns with the oil mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  6. Place the breads on a cooking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Set aside.
  9. In another bowl, mix together the ricotta and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Stir.
  11. Spread a generous amount of the mixture on the breads.
  12. Place the slices of mozzarella on the pizzas.
  13. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes.
  14. Remove from the oven and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
  15. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper and fleur de sel. Garnish with parsley.
  16. Serve immediately.
