Magic Potion


- 30 ml (1 oz.) dark rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) maple cream
- 90 ml (3 oz.) milk
- 60 ml (2 oz.) carrot juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 cinnamon stick
Combine maple syrup cream liqueur and milk, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. A rich head of froth should form.
Strain into a highball glass using an ice strainer.
Combine rum and carrot juice, in the shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain gently into the glass.
Pro tip:
If you prefer, you can use Irish cream instead of maple cream.
