Made exclusively from 8- to12-year-old Weber blue agave, this tequila is double distilled and blended with a special selection of white tequilas to maximize complexity and character. Purity, balance and freshness characterize a suave, fruity and subtly peppery palate.
Jose Cuervo "Gold" tequila is of the "joven" type, meaning it is made from a blend of "reposado" tequilas (which have benefited from time in barrels, therefore "aged") and of younger tequilas. It therefore offers a nice balance between more fruity flavours, a certain sweetness and a delicate spicy touch. Perfect for margaritas!
