  • 250 ml (1 cup) white rum
  • 1 litre (4 cups or 3 cans) store-bought iced tea (like Nestea)
  • 8 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 8 thin slices pineapple
  • 8 fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 lime, thinly sliced
  • 3 twists lime (from the other half)
  • 12 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients, except for the ice cubes and lime twists, in a pitcher or punch bowl.

Cover and refrigerate until serving time. (While not essential, preparing the mixture a few hours ahead will yield more intense flavours.)

Squeeze the lime twists over the punch and drop them into it.

Add the ice cubes just before serving.
