Autumn Punch
- 250 ml (1 cup) white rum
- 1 litre (4 cups or 3 cans) store-bought iced tea (like Nestea)
- 8 thin slices fresh ginger
- 8 thin slices pineapple
- 8 fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 lime, thinly sliced
- 3 twists lime (from the other half)
- 12 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients, except for the ice cubes and lime twists, in a pitcher or punch bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time. (While not essential, preparing the mixture a few hours ahead will yield more intense flavours.)
Squeeze the lime twists over the punch and drop them into it.
Add the ice cubes just before serving.
