Spiced rum + Almond liqueur (amaretto-like) + Ginger ale + Pineapple juice

  • 450 ml (15 oz.) spiced rum
  • 180 ml (6 oz.) almond liqueur
  • 180 ml (6 oz.) ginger ale
  • 740 ml (25 oz.) pineapple juice
  • Pieces of frozen pineapple
  • Bunch of mint
  • Serves 10 to 12
In the punch bowl

Place the pieces of frozen pineapple in a punch bowl and pour the spiced rum, the almond liqueur and the pineapple juice.

Add the ginger ale.

Pour into old-fashioned glasses.

Garnish each glass with a bunch of mint.
