Holiday Punch


- 180 ml (6 oz.) cognac or brandy
- 90 ml (3 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 90 ml (3 oz.) white rum
- 250 ml (8 oz.) pineapple juice
- 250 ml (8 oz.) grapefruit juice
- 500 ml (17 oz.) orange juice
- 50 ml (1 2/3) sugar
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of sparkling wine
- Pineapple slices
- Serves 12
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a punch bowl.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Add the chilled sparkling wine immediately before serving.
Garnish glasses with slices of pineapple.
