Spring Punch

- 540 ml (18 oz.) amber rum
- 540 ml (18 oz.) orange juice
- 540 ml (18 oz.) pineapple juice
- 270 ml (9 oz.) lemonade
- 60 ml (2 oz.) lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 3 vanilla pods
- Lime and orange wheels
- Serves 12
Combine the rum, fruit juices and lemonade in a bowl containing ice cubes.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Split a vanilla pod lengthwise, and add to the punch along with the orange and lime wheels.
Pour into old-fashioned glasses containing a few ice cubes.
Garnish each glass with an orange wheel.
