- 270 ml (9 oz) dark rum
- 150 mL (5 oz) sparkling wine, chilled
- 180 mL (6 oz) pineapple juice
- 150 mL (5 oz) maple syrup
- 120 mL (4 oz) lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Raspberries, to taste
- Lime slices, to taste
- Serves 5 to 6
Pour the rum, pineapple juice, maple syrup and lime juice into a pitcher.
Refrigerate for four hours.
Add the sparkling wine and ice cubes.
Pour into highball glasses.
Add raspberries and lime slices.
