Auntie's punch, individual serving

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) dark rum
- 25 ml (3/4 oz) sparkling wine, chilled
- 30 ml (1 oz) pineapple juice
- 25 ml (3/4 oz) maple syrup
- 20 ml (2/3 oz) lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Raspberries, to taste
- Lime slices, to taste
Pour the rum, pineapple juice, maple syrup and lime juice into a highball glass.
Refrigerate for four hours.
Add the sparkling wine and ice cubes.
Mix gently.
Add raspberries and lime slices.
