- Sparkling cider
- 2 tbsp. apple sauce
- Ice cubes

Combine dry gin and apple sauce in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer. Top up with sparkling cider.
