- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) orange liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) white grapefruit juice
- 3 black peppercorns
- 4 tarragon leaves
- Ice cubes
- 1 strip of grapefruit zest
- 1 grapefruit wedge
Combine the peppercorns and 3 tarragon leaves in a shaker and crush using a muddler.
Add the gin, juice and citrus liqueur.
Add the ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass using an ice strainer.
Squeeze the grapefruit zest over the cocktail for flavouring.
Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
