Québec 1837
- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- Sparkling wine
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon zest
In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a flute using an ice strainer and sieve.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish with lemon zest.
