Raphaëlle

- 80 ml (2 3/4 oz.) aperitif wine
- 50 ml (1 3/4 oz.) vodka
- 50 ml (1 3/4 oz.) pear nectar
- Wedge of orange
- Slice of pear
In a shaker, combine the aperitif wine, vodka and pear nectar.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with wedge of orange and pear.
