Raspberry Collins

- 60 ml (2 oz.) dry gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- 6 raspberries
- Tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Slice of lime
Combine dry gin, lemon juice, syrup and 3 raspberries in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish with a slice of lime and the remaining 3 raspberries.
