Redwood


- 60 ml (2 oz.) amber rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) strawberry liqueur
- 2 or 3 drops of Angostura bitters
- 3 or 4 ice cubes, crushed
- 1 lemon zest
Combine the rum, strawberry liqueur and Angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass containing the ice cubes.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Squeeze lemon zest over glass and use as garnish.
