Caribbean Rum

Spiced rum + Citrus liqueur + Lemon-lime soda + Pineapple juice

  • 30 ml (1 oz.) spiced rum
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
  • 8 ml (1/4 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 8 ml (1/4 oz.) lemon-lime soda
  • 8 ml (1/4 oz.) grenadine
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 half-slices of lime
In a shaker

Chill a highball glass in the freezer for 1 hour.

Pour the spiced rum, citrus liqueur and pineapple juice into a shaker filled with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into the chilled highball glass using an ice strainer.

Add the lemon-lime soda and grenadine.

Garnish with the 2 half-slices of lime.
