Caribbean Rum


- 30 ml (1 oz.) spiced rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) pineapple juice
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) lemon-lime soda
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) grenadine
- Ice cubes
- 2 half-slices of lime
Chill a highball glass in the freezer for 1 hour.
Pour the spiced rum, citrus liqueur and pineapple juice into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into the chilled highball glass using an ice strainer.
Add the lemon-lime soda and grenadine.
Garnish with the 2 half-slices of lime.
