Coconut-rum Coffee


- 30 ml (1 oz.) amber or dark rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 1 long espresso or very hot strong coffee
- 30 ml (1 oz.) coconut milk
- 30 ml (1 oz.) 35% cream
- Sugar
Rim highball glass with sugar.
Combine rum, citrus liqueur, coffee and half the coconut milk in a highball glass.
Whip the cream and remaining coconut milk together and use it to garnish the coffee.
