Rob Roy
- 60 ml (2 oz.) Scotch
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) red vermouth
- 1 or 2 drops Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- 1 maraschino cherry
Combine ice cubes, Scotch, red vermouth and Angostura bitters in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
