Forever Pink


- FOR TWO PORTIONS
- 90 ml (3 oz) irish cream liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz) raspberry liqueur
- 10 ml (2 tsp) grenadine
- 6 ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Combine raspberry liqueur and grenadine in a blender containing ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Add the irish cream liqueur.
Blend again.
Pour into two small glasses.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream topped with chocolate shavings.
