Sparkling Rose

- 20 ml (1/3 oz.) vodka
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) cranberry juice
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Sparkling wine
- Ice cubes
Combine vodka, cranberry juice and vanilla in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain over flute using ice strainer.
Top up with sparkling wine.
