Red Desert

- 60 ml (2 oz.) chilled sparkling wine
- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- 60 ml (2 oz.) strawberry sorbet
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) lemon juice
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 ice cube
Pour the wine in a martini glass.
Combine the ice cube, vodka and sorbet in a shaker.
Add lemon juice and one basil leaf.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into the martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the remaining basil leaf.
