- 60 ml (2 oz.) amber rum
- 120 ml (4 oz.) pineapple juice
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) lime juice
- 3 or 4 drops Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime wedge
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
