Sacré printemps

- 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) white rum
- 15 ml (½ oz.) fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml (½ oz.) Quebec liquid honey
- 120 ml (4 oz.) Celestial Seasonings tea with hibiscus (or Celestial Seasonings Pomegranate Rooibos), infused and chilled
- Ice cubes
- 1 thin slice of dragon fruit
- Fresh basil leaves
Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with dragon-fruit slice and basil leaves.
