Sahara


- 55 ml (1 3/4 oz) marula fruit cream
- 8 ml (1/4 oz) Disaronno almond liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz) milk
- 1 pinch smoked paprika
- 3 ice cubes
- Lemon juice
- Sugar and smoked paprika, for frosting the glass rim
Frost a martini glass by moistenning first the rim of the glass with a lemon slice and then dipping it into a mixture of sugar and smoked paprika. Set aside.
Combine the marula cream, almond liqueur and milk in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Add the pinch of smoked paprika.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into the glass.
