Salsa

- 30 ml (1 oz.) American whiskey (like bourbon)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) orange juice
- Ginger ale
- Ice cubes
- 1 piece of crystallized ginger
- 1 lime slice
Combine the whiskey, citrus liqueur and orange juice in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top up with ginger ale.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a piece of crystallized ginger and a lime slice.
