Brandy sangria
- 180 ml (6oz.) brandy
- 120 ml (4 oz.) fresh lemon juice
- 240 ml (8 oz.) white wine
- 240 ml (8 oz.) apple juice
- 8 pineapple slices
- 8 apple slices
- 8 slices of ginger
- 3 cinnamon stick
- Ice cubes
Combine all ingredients, except for the ice cubes, in a pitcher or punch bowl.
Let stand a few hours in the refrigerator.
Add the ice cubes just before serving.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Serve in old-fashioned glasses containing a few ice cubes, adding fruit slices
