Santa Sour

- 90 ml (3 oz.) vodka
- 90 ml (3 oz.) cranberry juice
- 90 ml (3 oz.) lemon juice
- 2 tsp. raspberry gelatin powder (like Jell-0)
- Ice cubes
- 1 raspberry
Combine all ingredients the raspberry in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Set aside for 4 minutes, then shake again before serving.
Strain into a highball glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a raspberry on a pick.
