Scorpion

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) amber rum
- 90 ml (3 oz.) mango juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
- Half a strawberry
- Ice cubes
Combine amber rum, mango and lime juices in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with half a strawberry.
