The Sensass

- 60 ml (2 oz.) passion fruit and cognac liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) apricot nectar
- Tonic water
- 1 splash of lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime slice
Combine all the ingredients, except for the tonic water and lime slice, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish with the lime slice on a cocktail pick.
