- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) Whisky and maple liqueur
- Juice from a half-lemon
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) maple syrup
- 7 to 8 blueberries
- Crushed ice
- Maple sugar
- Lemon zests
Place blueberries in a shaker and crush using a pestle.
Add all ingredients, except for the maple sugar, lemon zests and crushed ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing crushed ice using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Garnish with blueberry pulp, maple sugar and lemon zests.
