- 60 ml (2 oz.) apple juice
- 60 ml (2 oz.) pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 oz.) rose syrup
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 banana
- 5 or 6 frozen strawberries
- 3 or 4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in the blender except for one strawberry.
Blend until smooth.
