- 30 mL (1 oz) vodka
- 15 mL (1/2 oz) tequila (preferably golden)
- 15 mL (1/2 oz) brine from a jar of banana peppers
- 1 banana pepper

In a shaker
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients, except for the banana peppers, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini using an ice strainer.
Garnish with banana pepper slices.
